The local maxima point for the function  $f(x, y) = 3xy - 8x^2 - 9y^2 + 3x + 3y - 1$  is indeed  $\left(\frac{7}{31}, \frac{19}{93}, -1.118\right)$ . If you believe there is an error in the calculation, please let me know so we can review it together.
