Limitations: Please refrain from: (1) abusing the Services to infringe upon any rights; (2) attempting to decipher our source code or the basics of our algorithms; (3) leveraging our Service outputs to create rival models to AskSia; (4) employing any unauthorized method, such as scraping, to pull data from our Services; (5) falsely claiming Service outputs as human-made or breaching our Usage Policies; (6) trading API keys without our prior agreement; (7) forwarding us personal details of minors below 13 or any relevant age of digital consent. Please adhere to our rate constraints and documentation. AskSia's services are only available in our supported regions. (8) External Services: Should you employ third-party software or services with ours, they come with their own terms. We aren't accountable for these third-party entities.

Feedbacks: We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas. Should you offer any, understand we may implement them without owing any compensation to you.

By accessing AskSia's services, you assert and guarantee that: (1) Your submitted registration details are genuine, precise, up-to-date, and comprehensive; (2) You pledge to maintain the truthfulness of this information and update any changes promptly; (3) You possess the legal authority and commit to adhering to these Service Guidelines; (4) You are 13 years of age or older; (5) You aren't considered a minor in your jurisdiction, and if you are, you've secured parental consent to access our Services; (6) You won't interface with our Services via automated means like bots or scripts; (7) You won't exploit our Services for any illicit or unsanctioned activities; and (8) Your interactions with our Services will remain in compliance with all pertinent regulations. You retain ownership of all Input. In line with these Terms and relevant laws, AskSia transfers to you all its rights and claims over the Output. This allows you to utilize Content for any reason, including commercial pursuits, so long as you adhere to these Terms. AskSia can engage with the Content to deliver, uphold the Services, conform to laws, and implement our guidelines. You hold responsibility for the Content, ensuring its alignment with laws and these guidelines.

Uniqueness Factor: Given the dynamics of machine learning, Outputs may not be distinctive across users. AskSia might generate identical or analogous outputs for multiple users.

Validity Check: AI and machine learning are transformative fields. AskSia strives to enhance its Services for precision, reliability, and efficacy. Given machine learning's uncertain nature, there could be occasions where the Service might deliver incorrect Outputs. For any critical application, it's prudent to assess the Output's accuracy, including human verification if needed.

Content Enhancement and Services: We prohibit the unauthorized use or access to our API. Any attempts to employ technologies or methodologies to illicitly obtain, duplicate, or exploit our API will be met with legal actions.

You commit to giving up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive payment and account details for all transactions made through our Services. Furthermore, you pledge to swiftly refresh account and payment data. We'll factor in sales tax as we see fit. We can adjust prices anytime. All payments are in US dollars.

By making a purchase, you consent to pay the listed charges and any relevant shipping costs. You allow us to charge your selected payment mode for these amounts when placing an order. If there's a recurring charge associated with your purchase, you're agreeing to let us charge your payment method on a consistent basis without asking for your confirmation each time, until the order is canceled by you. We have the authority to rectify pricing errors, even if payment has already been made or requested.

We can reject any order made via the Services. We might set limits or cancel order amounts on an individual, household, or per-order basis. We may limit or deny orders that seem to be made by middlemen or bulk sellers.

Charges and Invoicing:You'll cover all fees linked to your account ("Fees") as per our listed prices and terms or as mutually agreed upon in writing. We have the right to fix pricing mistakes even post invoicing or receiving payment. Provide accurate billing details, including an authorized payment mode. We'll charge based on a set frequency, though the charge date might vary. You grant AskSia and its affiliates, along with our third-party payment processors, the right to charge the stipulated Fees. If payment issues arise, we'll notify you, possibly leading to Service access suspension. Payments are due upon receiving the invoice and are non-refundable, as per our Agreement.

Taxation: Fees listed don't include all types of taxes, unless specified. Any tax associated with your purchase, excluding our net income taxes, is your responsibility. We might bill these to you. Ensure timely payments and share necessary documentation. For tax reasons, we consider the name and address in your account as the supply point. Keep this data correct.

Price Adjustments: We can modify our rates, notifying you via your account or our website. Rate hikes will be active 14 days post-announcement, with legal or Beta Service adjustments being immediate. All changes influence your Fees right after their implementation date.

Billing Conflicts and Overdue Payments: For Fee or Tax disputes, contact us within 30 days of the billing date in question. Uncontested overdue amounts might have a 1.5% monthly finance charge. If Fees are overdue, we might halt your Service access after notifying you.

Complimentary Tier: Don't create multiple accounts to exploit credits in our free service tier. If we feel your usage isn't genuine, standard charges might apply, or we might limit Service access.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you. Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services. Copy or adapt the Services' software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code. Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or use or launch any unauthorized script or other software. Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services. Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses . Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise. - Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.

- Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).

- Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.

- Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.

- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.

- Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.

- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.

- Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.

- Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Legal Terms, or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.
